Terms of Entry
To keep our events and classes a friendly, pleasant place to dance and spend time with friends, please bear in mind the following rules of engagement:
We reserve the right to remove any persons/parties, from any of our events, that we deem necessary and at our complete discretion. In preservation of our community ethos, we may refuse your right to enter, or, eject you from any of our events for reasons including, but not limited to: (a) Late arrival, (b) Abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, (c) A contagious illness, (d) Possession of weapons or illegal substances, (e) Making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recording, (f) Any behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of other dancers and event guests.
Your purchase of entry to any of our classes, milonga, freestyle events or bootcamp is non-transferable or refundable except under special circumstances and at our discretion. Please Contact Us if you have a query. We will consider each case individually.
Risk of Entry
We do not accept any responsibility for your entry into our venues or make special arrangements for the parking of your car, bike or any other form of transport you use to travel to our events. Neither may we be held liable for any loss, damage or injury you incur while travelling to our events.
We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen property.
As a ticket holder and attendee at our events you consent to any filming, sound recording or photography that we may carry out, and therin, permit any consequential material to be used for commercial or non-commercial use.
Personal Photography or Filmography
As our guest, you may make use of camera equipment for the sole purposes of your personal, non-commercial use. We ask that you please ask our permission to film or photograph any of our events in the first instance.
Where an event must be cancelled, we may not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred, including but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs or any direct or indirect losses or damage of any kind.
You must obtain our express permission, in writing, before promoting, marketing or selling any products or services at our events.
This agreement shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
